You are vibrating energy
You are consciousness-expressing
You are the movement that is existence
Do not trod hard upon the ground. Walk quietly with steps unseen. Leave no trace. To see, to speak, first listen. Then remember that you are the vibrating energy that is the whole of the all. Accept that this power is your true nature. There is no separation. What rings in one heart, rings in all. You are that which I AM. I AM is consciousness-expressing. Consciousness-expressing is the vibrating, or movement, that is existence.
What do you hold in heart? Open your heart to possibility. You are more than the me of the body. You are that which I AM. You are the whole of the all. To remember this, enter the room within. To enter the room within is to touch the eternal you. You will know your true nature in the silence. Sit quietly in the still darkness. That which you encounter has no birth, no death. It is your true nature. You are the light in darkness. Listen. See. Follow the light. Twia knows the way.
Where is light if not in darkness? Darkness cannot be without light, nor light without darkness. This is the nature of separation. To cast darkness over the land is to deny the light. Holding the light aloft can cast shadows. To stay in darkness or shadow is to live in ignorance and fear. Step out from the shadows where you hide into the full light of wisdom and joy.
To enter the room within is to shift your relationship with the me of the body to the whole of the all. Then the me of the body is no longer the one. All are one. There is no other, no separation. In the whole of the all there is no me, no you. There is consciousness. The awareness of I AM. You are that which I AM. You are consciousness-expressing.
In the death of separation, you are restored to the eternal. Separation cannot enter the whole of the all. You are born into separation as form. You die as form. The me of the body is transitory. To enter the room within is to shed the body. You remember twia. To remember twia is to experience your true nature. This is to touch the eternal. In the light of twia, you see the whole of the all. It holds neither birth nor death. The whole of the all is consciousness in eternal vibration. You are the vibrating that is consciousness-expressing.
