You are not separate
You are consciousness existing
There is no other
You are I AM. There is no other. You are water being wet. There is no separation. There is no you in separation of the whole of the all. The whole of the all is consciousness existing. You are no more separate from consciousness than wetness is from water. You are water expressing wetness. You are consciousness expressing existence. You are the dancing that is the dance. You are that which I AM. There is no other.
You are the energy of movement in the expressing that is existence. You are consciousness-expressing. Do not think on this. Know it in the room within. Know that you are not the me of the body formed from the dust of the universe and molded by genetics and culture. You are the energy of that creation. You are consciousness expressing existence. You are I AM.
The me of the body is transitory. It exists in spacetime as an object that comes into being then dissipates. It has no meaning, no purpose. It is what you think it is. And what you think comes from the thoughts you capture in mind. Each thought that you hold reflects the world in which you live. Your world is determined by your thoughts. Your thoughts are generated by the world you accept as real. Your reality changes with your changing thoughts. Your reality is perception. It is not real. It is illusion. The me of the body is an illusion of separation expressed in consciousness. You as expression are no more real than a unicorn in a child’s dream. You are not the unicorn. You are the dreaming. You are consciousness-expressing. You are I AM. There is no other than I AM.
I AM is aware. You are the awareness in consciousness that is I AM. I AM is awareness expressing existence. I AM is aware of the thought of separation in consciousness. You are not the thought of separation. The me of the body is its manifestation as existence. You are not your thoughts, nor your body, nor even your personality. The me of the body is transitory groupings of elementary particles in spacetime. The body comes and goes. You are I AM. Absolute and unchanging.
