Joy is love without fear

Expand joy in the world to include all

Do not wither on the vine. You are planted in the ground of goodness. The well-spring of joy feeds you daily. Draw in the nourishment. To cut yourself off from joy is to become brittle and dry.

Be what you are, not what you think you are in body. Be twia. To live in body is to live in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. To live in twia is joy. Do not look to twia. Be twia. Be your true nature. Be joy.

To sit in the still silence of the room within is to expand joy to include all. Act in joy. Accept all in joy. Have compassion without feeling this or that. Approach all in loving-kindness always.

You are stuck in the cycles of birth and death. But not forever. Do not think of them as lessons to be learned. You are accomplished whole, complete, perfect now. Return to twia, your true nature. The way of the world is pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. The way of the path is joy. To know joy is to remember twia. Joy puts love into fear. Disperse joy always as love without fear. This is your true nature. Do not suffer in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Live joyfully in the whole of the all. You are not alone in separation. You are I AM, the whole of the all.

Pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow occur relative to events of desire and expectation. Joy requires no event. It requires nothing. It is eternal. Pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow are transitory. They are not your true nature. They are reflections of your perceptions as a me of the body.

Be at peace always in all situations. You are planted deeply in the ground of goodness. Watered by loving-kindness. Fed by joy. You are your own joy. There is no other. Live close to the ground. Be kind to all. Do not say what cannot be said. Live it. Be the witness. Do not contend. Do not vie. Find contentment in the moment. To witness is to be aware in the moment. Watch. Listen. Refrain from commenting. Look with eyes that see. Listen with ears that hear. Clear a path in your heart for the river to flow. Let it find its way. Do not try to block what cannot be stopped.

All is right in the world in twia. Twia makes right the way. Follow the path that is twia. The way is open to those who follow. Open your heart to twia. Hollow out space. Be empty. Do nothing. Twia will come through. Twia is your true nature. Let it be. You do not know. Twia knows. You do not see. Twia sees. You do not hear. Twia hears. Wisdom is the way. Joy is your true nature. Live wisely in joy. Do not live in the ignorance and fear held by the me of the body. You are joy. Joy is love without fear.

Do nothing. Let twia guide you without effort. Twia knows the way. Twia is eternal. Twia expresses the whole of the all. You are the whole of the all expressing your true nature. Leave be what is yours to do. Do not interfere by having desires and expectations. These fuel pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Do nothing. Accept joy.

In body you are dying. In twia you are eternal. First breath to last is transforming. Twia is unchanging. In the end the body returns to dust. Twia remains the force of existence. You are not your fading body. You are whole, complete, perfect, eternal consciousness-expressing.

Without judgment or hope, hold to twia in the moment. Ease your will. Curb your desire. Release expectation. Let twia see the way. To see is to know. To know is to bring peace of heart to bear on all things. Be born again in loving-kindness. Express your true nature as joy in the world. Your virtue is in the joy of the whole of the all. Live in unity with all.

Speak less. Be more. Hold to twia. Do not shine in the village square. You are not the one. You are the whole of the all. You are joy everlasting.
