Liberate yourself from the world
As the me of the body you were born a cluster of particles with genetic dispositions into a culture of expectations for how your world should be. You accept this world into which you were born as being reality. This is life as you know it. This world generates your desires and expectations. You set forth to fulfill them. Your thoughts and actions result in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. You spend your days in judgment and hope, then the me of the body dies.
You are not the me of the body. Step aside. Do nothing. Be its witness. Look from within at your thoughts and emotions, and at the desires and expectations they generate. Do not accept them as your reality. None of what you witness is your true nature. Being the witness, and not the me of the body, opens the door to the room within. To enter is to remember twia. Herein you touch the eternal.
From within, as the witness, look upon the world with peace of heart. In all situations let joy be your companion. Do nothing. Allow twia to guide your actions. Act in twia. Accept all outcomes. Hold peace of heart in all situations. This is the way of the path. Liberate yourself from the me of the body and its world of separation. By acting from within you come to know the whole of the all. Twia knows the way in wisdom and joy.
What is it that you want? For this you expend great effort. You seek it in family and friends, fame and fortune. What do you desire? What combination of this and that gives you what you want? Herein lie your expectations and attachments. They hold you in place. Pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow are derived from their promise. You arrange your world around their fulfillment. You decide how this and that should be. You have judgments of the past and hopes for the future. In the end, you die. This is the way of the world. Is this what you want? Or would you choose the way of the path and remember twia. In twia you touch eternal wisdom and joy. Twia is your true nature.
