The Road Home
Attend to the moment
Do not travel in haste
Step out of your experience. Observe it. Be its witness. Do not live by mind alone. You will think yourself into a box. In that box you will wither and die. Step aside, outside the flow of time. Take heed of the moment. Do not let it slide by unnoticed. You struggle to find meaning in a world of separation. You feel apart from all around you. Oh, to enter the depths of darkness, to slip away from duty, to escape concerns, to merge with the deep silence that is found within and nowhere else. Revere the silence. Give attention to what is normally not seen in haste. You rush from the past into the future without thought of where you are now. Stop. Look. Use your eyes that can find the way. Drop everything and sit in quietude where the self is forgotten. There, in the silence, you remember your way out of the box. The road home runs through the moment. Take heed of it. Then you will know that you are that which I AM—whole, complete, perfect, eternal.
