The secret in you is from the ages. It has grown in existence for eons. It is that discrete bit of awareness that is your true nature. You feel unique, but you are I AM, the continuous flow of awareness that is consciousness. You are thought expanding, the idea of separation where there is none. You are the song of the ages, whole and wise, in harmony with all. Your song now lies silent in the world as the me of the body. Heard only within, covered in darkness, it is there to be sung again when you are ready. Let it out into the air to be caught by the breeze for all to hear. Every note of every song brings balance to the whole of the all. Sing your tune from within. Left to the me of the body, its notes sour in the dust and brambles. As you pluck at desires and emotions, the notes go flat. To live entirely in separation is to be out of tune.
Do not hide your secret any longer. It is said, by the prophet Muhammad and others, that your actions reflect your thoughts, and your thoughts reflect your beliefs. Muhammad thought that actions could either be your best friends, or they could be your enemies. Either way, beliefs, thoughts, and actions are your constant companions. They live with you day and night. But, like underwear and bedding, they need changing occasionally. As you change thoughts, actions change and then beliefs. As you exchange one belief for another, your world changes. It is often necessary to find guidance when you seek change, but the world in which you live is of your own making. Make it one in which you return to the harmony of the whole of the all in song and grace.
