Hanging with Hafiz
You have nothing to lose. You do not lack. To fear loss is to have forgotten your true nature. In truth, you are whole, complete, perfect, eternal. You can neither lose nor gain. What you have in heart grows ten-fold when planted in the ground of goodness. The ground of goodness nourishes your abundance. The me of the body fears lack and struggles to survive. Still yourself. Find solace in silence. The harvest is plenty. To reap you must swing the scythe. Do not stand frozen in the field afraid. The ground gives you plenty to fill your barns. The work is done for those who know the way. Let the scythe swing without effort. Its motions are smooth; its blade is sharp. It reaps what you have sown. If you sow fear, it reaps fear, so be careful what you plant. Fill your barn with fear and you will surely die. Fill your barn with joy and you will know the eternal. In truth, you cannot die. You cannot separate from your true nature. Separation is perceived when you stand in the field alone and are afraid. Then you are lost in the fears of your own mind. False perceptions bring pain and sorrow. You suffer needlessly. Remember, you are planted firmly in the ground of goodness. Reap the joy that is your true abundance.
