Remembering (#2032)
Reflections while wandering the way of the path:
The room within holds no separation. It knows only oneness. The me of the body cannot enter for it drags Marley’s chains. The ways of the world must be shed at the threshold of the room within.
I know that twia is the answer to all the questions I ask. I need no other guidance. There is but one way. I remember twia always. Twia within is the whole of the all in each of us. There is no substitute.
I exist in a world that is not real. It is a thought in consciousness. It is a thought of separation that cannot be real in oneness, only imagined, like unicorns are imagined. I choose not to serve the dream. The way of the world is sorely painful. I choose the way of the path that is twia. It is whole and comforting.
That which I am is but one. There is not your twia or my twia. There is that which I AM. There is only the I AM. All discreteness within I AM is separation. Do not look upon the separation as real. Live within the vision of I AM. There is no other.
Toss aside the veil of the past to see twia. The veil of the past is false. A gossamer curtain of dreams to dull our view of reality.
Compassionate concern for the well-being of others is basic to ethics and justice. (Dalai Lama)
Compassion is the ground of all goodness. From compassion grows the concern you have for others. It leafs into loving kindness that unifies our relationships with trust, patience, forgiveness, and justice. The rich soil of compassion nurtures with love.
Transcend the sorrows of life with peace of heart. Walk the way of the path. It leads away from fear, bringing you to the room within. Herein twia restores you as the love you are. This is your true nature.
The light of love pours out into the world when the doors of the room within are opened wide. Then relationships are fueled by love instead of fear. Jesus is the light of the world in Matthew’s gospel. There he says, where two or three gather in my name, I am with them. This name is the Christ-within, or our true nature. When we expose our true nature to the world in unity, the light of love shines forth.
Power is in twia not in the me of the body. Twia is consciousness-expressing. It is the I AM. To force twia into action for your worldly benefit does not happen. To try is to bring on even more suffering. You cannot bring twia to the table. Twia sets the table for you. You are asked to leave what you are doing to attend the banquet. The power is in twia. The me of the body cannot even set the table for the banquet, let alone prepare the food. To be at the banquet is to be in the moment. Do nothing but dine on what is before you. You are the guest. Eat without expectation, then rest. Twia knows the way.
The me of the body with its feelings and emotions, guilts and sorrows, and agonies and torments is temporary. It ends. And all that it made up ends with it. Yet even in its lifetime, a new world can be created when one remembers twia.
You are not limited except by fear, nor are you alone. You are oneness. The opposite of separation is oneness. You are this oneness. You are not the separation. You are never alone except with your fears as the me of the body.
You are not alone. You cannot escape love. Love embraces you in the absence of fear. This is remembering twia. This is the way of the path.
To be in the moment is to be free of perceptions that place you in the body. The body is an abstraction of thought. An idea. It can be let go for it never was. It is not real. Reality is eternal. It can be experienced beyond the body. Twia is eternal. The body is transitory.
I am not within the body. The room within encompasses all. The body is of twia. The body is an idea wrapped in a dream until the dreamer awakens. Some say we inhabit many bodies throughout the lifetime of the dream as we transition between this world and the world of souls via reincarnation. Maybe? I do not know.
Memories are of the body. The eternal has no past. When I clutch memories of things that are no more, I am clutching at a false fulfillment. In the peace of the room within, memories are not required. Better to leave the past at the door than to get stuck in the doorway like a camel trying to pass through the eye of a needle. Underneath the memories is the truth of being twia. Memories come and go, like swallows in flight. Truth lies quietly within. It is twia.
There is a field, a force of connection that binds us as one. There is no escape. It is oneness. It cannot be described, for there is no other. It is all. Stop thinking. Do nothing. Rest on the field of oneness. Its fabric will enfold you in the all.
There is consciousness and only consciousness. All else is not real. The thought of our existence is a dream of what cannot be, which is separation of oneness. What cannot be is separation from consciousness. Separation exists in consciousness like unicorns exist in a child’s dream. We dream of separation, then awake to reality.
