Remembering (#2018)
Reflections while wandering the way of the path:
To be in balance is to hold the moment in perfect harmony. This harmony is peace of heart.
Consciousness is the mother of the universe. It holds the universe in its womb, which is emptiness. This emptiness gestates all possibilities. In this womb, the universe exists. Consciousness is the mother of all.
Form grows in the mind that is consciousness. Consciousness has no form, yet it grows all things. Form grows in the emptiness that is nowhere as thought that cannot be made real. It is transitory, much like a dream. The universe, born of the mother, returns to the emptiness of the womb. It is real in its existence, but it is not reality. Reality is eternal. The eternal knows not birth or death except in mind.
The worldly mind has consciousness, will, desires, thoughts, and purpose. This is the me of the body. It distinguishes among things as good-bad, right-wrong, this-that, here-there, etc. It lives in a world of duality and distinctions. These are its judgments. It sets goals and carries out its intentions. These are its desires. The me of the body is not real, does not gain fulfillment from its ways, and dies in the end. It is transitory, whereas twia is eternal.
The mind of consciousness is the emptiness that is nowhere. It holds totality. It has no end, no division, no judgment. It is the whole of the all, the mother of the universe.
Live in the world mindlessly without hope. Hope engenders desire for things to come that we hope will give us what we want. Instead, be mindless in the moment. Remove desires and intentions. Hold to twia. Act compassionately always. Keep peace of heart in all situations. This is the way of the path. Let the future care for itself. Twia knows the way.
To live within the inner room is to live in heart, not mind. Close your mind, open your heart. We are the one heart which is twia.
Each moment is an ending and a beginning. They are the same in oneness. No endings. No beginnings. Just isness. I AM.
Oneness embraces separation as its own. There is no oneness without separation. Separation is oneness extended into existence. They are the whole of the all.
Twia appears in separation out of oneness. The body is dense, a solid form. The me of the body is fearful. It plods with the body through the dust of the world and suffers in its fear. The path it takes is wearisome. The ways of the world are tiresome. In the end, the body is worn out and dies. The me that I am not disappears with it. That which I am is eternal oneness.
Rest in the silence of the room within. Leave all thoughts at the doorstep. Remember twia without thought of beginning or end. The way of the path is eternal.
There is but one. Call it consciousness. Twia is consciousness expressing. Twia is found in the moment. To resist the moment is to give meaning to the world where there is none. Let go. Let twia. Why cling to the world? Die now to your desires. In death there is life. To be born again is to release the world. It has no meaning. Let it go. Live in the moment. Do not give meaning where there is none.
