What is real is in all
You cannot say what is real. It is beyond knowing. You cannot manage the flow. Stop trying to alter its course. Let the river flow freely. Lie low in the valley to await its return. It will carry you to the sea without harm. You are the flow. It runs through your awareness. You know. Your knowing sets you free. Ignorance and fear give way to wisdom and joy. Live simply. Offer loving-kindness to all. Hold peace of heart always. This is to lie low in the valley. The flow is the nourishment that brings you into being.
To live in the flow is to not recognize this and that. They cannot be distinguished in the whole of the all. Do not look upon yourself as less than whole. The me of the body thinks otherwise. Witness such thoughts from afar. Do not accept them as real. I AM is real. You are I AM. Embrace your reality in consciousness. Do not continue to deny your truth. Release yourself to your natural flow. Enter the room within. Sit in the still silence. Remember twia. There is no other.
Leave behind your thoughts of limitation. Extend yourself into the whole of the all. There you know no bounds. Free yourself from entanglement in the ways of the world. Drop desire. Drop attachments. To attach to the me of the body is to live in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Hold no judgment. Do not hold out hope as salvation. See all through the eyes of twia. There is no you, no me. Only I AM. You are that which I AM. The form you take is not you. Nor are you your personality. These are transitory. You are eternal. Do not look upon me with eyes that do not see. What is real is in all. The reality of all is consciousness.
Look upon all with eyes that see. Accept all as thee.
