Your thoughts are your world
The me of the body perceives separation. This is its nature. Its nature is transitory. Perceptions die with the body. There is connection between you and the world. Your thoughts appear as your world. What you think becomes your beliefs becomes the world in which you live. You capture thoughts to create the world you want. You can struggle to find your way. This is the way of the world. Its desires and expectations lead to pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This is not separate from the whole of the all. You are not this and that. You are I AM. You are not at the mercy of your thoughts, nor are you at the mercy of twia. There is nothing outside the room within. There is no within. There is consciousness. In consciousness you are the expressing of existence. The experience you have is your own as the discrete awareness that is consciousness. There is nothing external to you that you are within or that is within you. You are not something isolated and alone. There is no you but in mind. You cannot know this as the me of the body. Release to twia all attachments to thought. Twia knows.
Reality has no pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. These are the way of the world. To know this is to know joy. Joy is real. It is your true nature. It has no opposite. It is love without fear. Release attachment to judgment and hope. Hold to the moment. Experience joy. You are what you think. Be love without fear. Be your true nature in the world. Let loving-kindness be your path. Live in harmony with the whole of the all. There is no separation.
Words do not get you to the unknowable. They are signposts that you must leave behind. Enter the river unknowing. Release yourself to the water that is your true nature. It will carry you to the sea.
Yin and yang are the two forms of existence that are the whole of the all. The water that is yang is received in the valley that is yin. Yin lies low. Yang cascades from the mountains to nourish the ground of goodness in yin. Together they are I AM in existence. This is the whole of the all. This is your true nature.
