Contemplative meanderings
Gods are constructs imagined by cultures to answer existential questions. In that sense, so is consciousness.
There is consciousness. There is no other.
Consciousness is energy. Energy is movement expressing manifestation of thought, like a dancer moves to express dance. Dancer is thought and movement expressing dance. Energy flows without effort. Consciousness does without doing. The dance does nothing. It exists in the dancer. Dance is dancer-expressing.
Consciousness occupies nothing. It has no existence. No place. It is the emptiness that is nowhere. It is the eternal field of infinite possibility.
Consciousness is intelligent and aware. This is the nature of what cannot be described.
There is nothing outside of consciousness. It is totality. There is no other. No this and that. No consciousness and something else. Consciousness is reality. Whole. Complete. Perfect. Eternal.
Consciousness is the eternal totality that is nowhere. Totality is just what it is. It has no distinctions to be described. The thought of separation brought about distinctions in consciousness that cannot be real. They are illusions of separation that you experience as existence. Existence is illusion. It is transitory. Reality is eternal.
Consciousness is all things everywhere. Consciousness cannot be separated. The perception of separation is the existence you experience as the me of the body.
Consciousness manifests itself as existence. Consciousness expresses existence much like dancer expresses dance. Dance exists as thought and expression. Existence exists as thought and expression. Dancer-dancing is dance. Consciousness-expressing is existence. You are consciousness-expressing. You are the dancing that is the dance. You are the expressing that is existence. You are consciousness-expressing.
Consciousness is emptiness. It has no substance. No form. It is aware. It expresses thought as manifestation in mind. You cannot know consciousness in separation. It is you. You are not separated from consciousness. All things are of consciousness. There is no other. Consciousness is your true nature.
There is no end to consciousness. It has no beginning. It is inexhaustible. It is the eternal field of infinite possibility. Consciousness is eternal motion. It is dancing that is everlasting.
There is no creation in the eternal. There are no beginnings. Thoughts emerge. They arise in the eternal field of infinite possibility and then return. They appear real in existence but are illusion in reality. They are transitory. Nothing can be created anew.
The eternal is whole, complete, perfect. There is no beginning. No creation. Only moments of perception in existence. What begins in perception is there now. Only the perception begins and ends. What you perceive as creation is not there. It is perception in illusion. A dream in consciousness. You are consciousness expressing existence as a thought of separation. Separation cannot be real. It is a perception like a child perceives a unicorn.
I do not know. But if consciousness is totality, then consciousness is all things as we experience existence. We experience existence at various states of awareness. I imagine that our various states must exist at different levels of perception and understanding. So, yeah, there are different levels of consciousness that are reflected by our awareness within existence, or our awareness within our environment.
Do you believe that there are different levels of consciousness and if so, how might those different levels be reflected.
