Witness consciousness in all
Observe yourself. Be your own witness to thoughts, emotions, and actions. Do not judge. Do not hope. Observe without desire. Step away from the me of the body. Be its witness. Hold no expectations. Accept that you are awareness in consciousness.
The nature of consciousness is awareness. You are discrete awareness. Discrete within the whole like a molecule of water. To be the witness is to release awareness. Then change occurs. Not by the me of the body, but by twia.
Awareness is your true nature. Twia gives you eyes that see and ears that hear. You are aware of the whole of the all. To be the witness to consciousness is to let the river carry you to the sea. You, the molecule, are the water. You are the river and the sea. There is no other than you. You are consciousness-expressing. You are I AM.
You are joined with all in the whole of the all as existence without separation. The thought of separation cannot be real. You do not exist alone. You are discrete awareness in the whole of awareness that is consciousness. You are a molecule of water in an ocean of water that has no limits.
The me of the body perceives separation. It feels lacking. It desires more. It seeks fulfillment. Desires arise. Expectations form. Attachments take hold. They control your actions. You fear their loss. Without attachments you feel adrift. Unmoored. Alone. Fragile. You have forgotten your reality as a molecule and feel separate from the water.
You are frightened. You feel like you are alone on a raft which is adrift on a vast ocean that has no shores. You are a water molecule attached to the raft, afraid to let go. Your life on the raft is not real. The ocean beneath you is real. The water is eternal. You will die on the raft. Free yourself of death. Slip back into the ocean. To slip back is to remember twia. In twia you act without desire, without expectation, without attachment. Joy will rise within you. All else will follow in abundance and fruition.
