Do not chase rabbits. To go down the hole is to come out the other end confused. Bite your teeth. Do not take in what you cannot chew. Your only salvation is to hold tight to the moment. Do nothing. Use your ears to hear the breeze. It brings notes from the sea. They have been honed for you to hear. Are you ready? Brace yourself. Or do you still prefer barking at the rabbits? Stop. Stay tuned to the sea. Do not disturb its melody. It is meant to bring you home. Hear the voice. Hold its truth tightly and dance. The music is divine. The earth and sky join in rhythm with the movement. Surrender to the salty air. Lean back as you spin and bow. In this moment you are set free to return to the sea. Let its voice guide you. Follow the call with ears that hear.
