Contemplative meanderings
You are vibration. You are the vibrating energy that is existence. You are the movement that is consciousness expressing separation. You are the dancing that is the dance. You are I AM.
Knowledge of I AM cannot be said. Do not try. Consciousness-expressing cannot be described. It cannot be named. You cannot describe I AM with words of separation. Observe your thoughts of I AM. Let them be. Do not chase after them. Do not cling to them. Do not seek. Remember twia by doing nothing. Hafiz had great need for a pilgrimage, so he sat in the still silence for three days.
To know your true nature, enter the room within. Stand alone in awareness. Stillness will fall upon you. All that belongs to the me of the body slips away into the dust of the world. Ignorance and fear no longer accompany you. Your companions become wisdom and joy. In wisdom and joy, you live in the whole of the all. This is to follow twia. There is no other than twia.
To be aware is to open yourself to the whole of the all. To be aware is to see in you that which I AM. To be aware is to witness your thoughts, emotions, and actions without attachment. Do not attach to these things. They are not you. You are that which I AM. You are the whole of the all. There is no other. To be aware is to accept that you are no one. There is nobody that you are. To be aware is to know that you are not the me of the body, nor is anyone else. The world and all that you experience is illusion. With eyes that see and ears that hear you know these things. To know is to be aware.
Without awareness, you remain your own problem. No matter how much you wish for your world to change, betterment comes from within you and not from what you perceive outwardly. When perceptions change, the world changes. The world is what you make of it. Do not perceive yourself as a personality in form. Know that you are twia. You are that which I AM. The change from perception to knowing is a change from living in ignorance and fear to living in wisdom and joy. Do not attach to the ways of the world. Act from wisdom and joy rather than from ignorance and fear. Walk the way of the path. Twia knows the way. Open yourself to twia.
Clinging to others is asking them for happiness. You tell them, do not leave me, you bring me happiness. If you leave, sorrow will fill me. Better to live with others without attachment. Do not taint relationships with fear of loss. You do not lack. You are whole, complete, perfect. To love without fear of losing others is joy. Let joy be your constant companion in all relationships. Joy is your true nature. Leave happiness and sorrow to the ways of the world. Jesus says to release all to enter the kingdom. Release the world. Find peace of heart within. Joy is your true nature, not happiness and sorrow.
Joy has no desire. Joy is love without fear. Do not desire. Do not control. Do not possess. Share in love without attachment. Do not fear loss, rejection, abandonment. You do not lack. Hold no expectation for happiness. You are joy in this moment. Drop judgment and hope. Live in the moment. Accept joy. It has no requirements. Joy is your true nature.
You are ignorant of your true nature. The me of the body does not know joy. It seeks happiness. To know joy, remember twia. To remember twia, enter the room within. To remain ignorant of your true nature is to live with fear. The me of the body fears oblivion. It does not know the eternal. To remember twia is to touch the eternal. You struggle to survive. You seek power to prevail. You desire identity and purpose. The me of the body on its own has no purpose. It has no meaning. It is a random collection of elementary particles in spacetime. The whole kit and kaboodle of what you experience as self is transitory. In truth, you are eternal. You are not the me of the body. To survive, you nurture the self and give it meaning and purpose based on your culture.
Do not engage the world on its terms. Be a witness to it all. Stand back. Stand aside. Observe. Do not judge. Do not hope. Let the ponies prance about the field. You need not ride. Come to know twia. You are not the me of the body that has thoughts, emotions, and actions. You are the expressing that is consciousness in all. You are the whole of the all. To know twia is to die to the body and to be reborn within to awaken to your true nature. You are I AM. There is no other.
To witness is to be aware without identifying with thought, emotion, action, or outcome. These belong to the me of the body. They are the way of the world. They are not you. You are that which I AM. The whole of the all. Consciousness-expressing. To live in twia is to witness from a place of wisdom and joy. To be aware of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. What are you imagining? What are you doing? What are you feeling? From the room within, find peace of heart in all situations. Let joy prevail.
The I AM that I am is unchanging and absolute. I AM is unaffected by existence. You are whole, complete, perfect, eternal in all situations. Live your life open and free. Circumstances change. You do not. The me of the body lives through pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. You do not. You are constant in the whole of the all. All things in existence come and go. You are eternal. You exist in spacetime as a thought of separation in consciousness. Existence is not your reality. I AM is real. The me of the body is illusion. To live solely as the me of the body is to live in illusion, not in reality. To remember your true nature, enter the room within. To enter the room within, remember twia. To remember twia is to touch the eternal. To touch the eternal is to know joy. Joy is your true nature. You are alive in joy.
