It cannot be said, but you struggle to find words just the same. Searching for words keeps you moving from teacher to teacher in hopes of finding the right words at the right time to unlock the mystery. At the center of the mystery is I AM. Your reality is I AM. Knowing I AM does not require words. I AM is revealed in silence. To know I AM is joy. You are joy. To know joy is to know your true nature. Joy is love without fear. Joy requires no words, objects, desires, expectations, or attachments. Joy is free of existence. Knowing joy will set you free.
To know joy is to have eyes that see. With eyes that see, you look upon the whole of the all and leave separation behind. You leave the me of the body at the altar. It cannot go with you into your reality as I AM. So go into the silence and meet yourself at the center of awareness. You are discrete awareness in the sea of awareness that is I AM. When you see the way, do not say. Stay in the silence. You cannot describe what cannot be said. Keep to the joy that you now know. Jesus says to go and tell no one. Simply practice joy as loving-kindness expressed to all and keep peace of heart always, in all situations.
