Today in contemplation
Awaken daily within the center of your existence. Open your eyes to the moment. Witness your presence in the world. Do not be victimized by your thoughts and emotions. Stand apart from them and observe. Be aware without expectation. From moment to moment, pay attention to what is happening without doing anything. Do nothing. Attend to the moment without judgment and hope. Let it be. To do nothing, stop doing. Do not exert yourself with worldly bother. Breathe. Still the mind. Listen. Be aware of thoughts and emotions, but do not force occurrences. Hold no desire or expectation. Accept all with peace of heart.
