Contemplative meanderings
You are planted in the ground of goodness. Claim your good. Do not think you know what it is. Twia knows. You, as the me of the body, are lost in ignorance and fear. Wake up. Be witness to your existence. Be aware. Follow twia.
Step back. Do not contend. Do not struggle to find your way. The way of the path opens to those who do nothing. Do not give up suffering in the world only to then suffer spiritually. Spirituality can become a worldly desire. To desire knowledge and then to hold expectations as to its attainment opens you to pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow.
Do not renounce the world. Embrace existence. Embrace the moment that you are in. Let it flow through you. Be its witness. You have nothing to overcome. Look to the left. Look to the right. Offer both cheeks to the world as Jesus suggested. The world cannot harm you. You are I AM. There is no other.
There is no intrinsic purpose to existence except to manifest thought of separation in consciousness. Do not search for meaning where there is none. To give meaning to existence is the purview of the me of the body. It sees existence through the lens of fear. For its own survival, it tries to make sense of a mystery that has none. Consciousness is simply the emptiness that is nowhere that cannot be described or named. It has no meaning or purpose.
Nothing in the world can end your fear. It comes from perceptions of separation. It resides in the me of the body. To live without fear, remember twia. Awaken to your true nature. To act from twia is to witness your thoughts and emotions without fear. To be the witness is to live in the moment without judgment and hope. In the moment, you find joy and live with peace of heart in all situations.
Joy is love without fear. Love in the world is tainted by fear. Fear without love is evil. Ignorance leads to fear. Ignorance in the world comes from not remembering twia. To not know your true nature leaves you believing that you are the me of the body. The me of the body lives in ignorance and fear. Twia, your true nature, is joy.
Give thought to the moment, not to the morrow, nor to yesterday. You are alive now. Now is your present experience. Find insight from your existence in the moment. Come to understand your situation as it is. Accept its existence with peace of heart. To gain peace of heart, be witness to the situation, do not take it personally. The me of the body takes it personally. You can observe and let go when you do not become attached. Do so in the moment. Not tomorrow. Not yesterday. Come back to the moment. Be the witness. Be aware of your thoughts and emotions. Do not buy into them. Step back. Observe. They are not you. You are awareness.
To be aware is to hold peace of heart always. Peace of heart does not bring happiness. To hold peace of heart in all situations is to be at peace in happiness and sorrow. This is to live in joy. The ways of the world bring happiness. It is offset by sorrow. Joy has no opposite. Joy is your true nature. This is twia. To live in twia is to hold peace of heart always. Be witness to thoughts and emotions. Act from twia. Accept all outcomes. Be aware without accepting existence as reality.
