Today in contemplation
Be mindful. Be aware in the moment of what you are experiencing. What are your thoughts? What are your emotions? What are your actions? Do this without judgment or hope. Just witness your own presence without thought of past or future. From mindfulness, turn within. Enter the room-within. Return to your true nature. Do not deny your true nature. Be content that you are the energy animating creation. Embrace the world acknowledging this truth.
