Contemplative meanderings
What is real? The eternal.
In existence, reality is the whole of the all, or consciousness in existence. This is consciousness-expressing. This is you. Consciousness is real. You are real. There is no separation. You are I AM. There is no other.
The me of the body is not real. It is transitory. It is an experience of separation. You filter your experiences through the culture into which you were born. Meaning is derived from what you accept as real and true in the world. Remember, though, the thoughts and emotions that give you meaning can be changed. They are not fixed. To change your thoughts is to change your world and the meaning you have in it.
Change is hard. The me of the body is attached to its world. It craves acceptance, appreciation, attention, and approval. For this, it forms desires and expectations which generate pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This world of yours is transitory. It is not real. You live in fear of loss. Your true loss is in not remembering twia. In fear and ignorance, you have lost contact with your true nature. This is sorrow. This is suffering. Suffering is not knowing that which I AM. You live in a world of attachments and have lost your freedom. Jesus asked, what benefit is there in gaining the world while losing your soul? To walk the way of the world is to lose your soul in illusion. To regain reality, walk the way of the path. This is to remember twia.
What is life? Vibration.
Life is energy vibrating as the tiniest of formless particles. You are the energy. You are the vibrating that is consciousness expressing existence. You cannot know this without changing your thoughts. You cannot remain enslaved to the me of the body and at the same time know twia. To remember twia you must release all attachment to existence. The moment is now. Now is when you make the change. To change is to find joy in the moment. Joy is love without fear. It is eternal. It has no opposite. To live in joy is to live without attachment to this and that. Set yourself free. Live in joy everlasting. Joy is vibration.
To live in joy is to drop the illusion of separation. This is done in heart. Deep within, you know joy as your true nature. It has no requirements. Look out from the room within. Use your vision that is twia to see the whole of the all. There is unity in life. Life is the same vibration everywhere at once. There is no separation but in the mind of the me of the body. Release that mind to twia. Be its witness. You are not its thoughts and emotions. These are transitory perceptions. You are eternal wisdom and joy. You are the vibrating that is the whole of the all. You are consciousness in existence.
To exist as the me of the body is to suffer. To be attached to existence is to suffer in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. The elation can be high, the anguish deep. It is all suffering. This is the way of the world. Set yourself free of mind and body. Drop all attachments to this and that. You live in separation from the whole of the all. You create suffering and find attachments to see your way through until death befalls the body. The fear that comes with attachments taints your relationships. You offer love with conditions. Attachments keep you from knowing joy. Joy is love without fear. It requires nothing. It has no opposite. Joy is eternal reality. To live in joy in the world is to find grace in the whole of the all.
Love in the world is tainted by fear. Love comes with attachments. The me of the body desires love, expects it to be fulfilling, and fears its loss. To live without love is to suffer. Love is soft and gentle. Fear is hard and cold. To seek love out of fear is to control and manipulate. Paul of Tarsus said that love is patient, love is kind. Love, in fact, is a drug, an addiction. You need love to survive as the me of the body. You have forgotten that you are joy. Joy is your true nature. In joy, there is no need for love. Joy is love without fear. Your true nature is joy. You are love. There is no separation. Express love without fear and attachment. All will benefit.
