Stop. Pay Attention
Stop with the words. Enter the moment. Witness your inner workings. Experience your emotions as an observer. You do not have to own them. You are a field of awareness. Surround your emotions. Acknowledge their presence but do not add stories to them that you formulate in your mind. Notice, observe, and feel your emotions without comment. This is being their witness rather than their owner. This is finding the truth within. Bow to the wisdom of your true nature. Bring mindful attention to your life. Appreciate what goes on in your heart without reacting to every blessed emotion. By being the witness, you gain insight and wisdom without using words.
