Contemplative meanderings
In twia you have vision of the whole of the all. In twia wisdom and joy fuel peace of heart. The joy that you know is you. There is no other. You are the one. You are I AM. Wisdom is your light in the world. It gives you vision to see. To see the whole of the all is to share in loving-kindness always. You are that which I AM. There is no other.
What you seek is given in silence. Do not struggle. The river will carry you to the sea. It knows the way. You are lost in the me of the body.
You are life’s vibration. The me of the body is vibration in existence. Vibration is the coming and going, expanding and contracting that constitutes the whole of the universe from the tiniest packet of energy to massive galaxies. The me of the body is attached to its life and its vibrations. It fears the shudder of death. Your form is transitory. From dust it came and to dust it returns. Your personality is transitory. It is a collection of thoughts that tell a story. You can change those thoughts and change the story. Change your story to I AM. Remember twia. In twia you are eternal. The eternal is changeless, whole, complete, perfect. There is no other than the eternal I AM which is your true nature.
To experience loss is to feel lack as the me of the body. In truth, there is no loss without attachment. You do not lack. You are twia. Whole. Complete. Perfect. Eternal. The me of the body suffers in existence. It attaches to this and that. Its desires fuel expectations that lead to pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Be the witness to all. Do not entangle yourself in thoughts of loss and their emotions. Observe. Be aware. Find peace of heart in all situations. Peace of heart emanates from within. Enter the room within. Remember twia. There is no end in twia.
The me of the body is but a grain of sand on the shore of existence, tossed and tumbled by desire. Desire is born of ignorance and fear. Desire breeds attachments and expectations, which fuel pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This is human suffering. To end suffering, do nothing. Enter the room within. Act from twia. Accept all outcomes with peace of heart. Extend loving-kindness to all. You are not the me of the body. You are that which I AM. You are the whole of the all.
That which you think you are has brought you to this moment. Whatever situation you find yourself in could not be otherwise. There is no separation, only a web of connections in existence. You build your life by the meaning you give to this and that. This and that are not in isolation no matter how many distinctions you give to them to isolate them from others. Your thinking is fragmented in existence. It misses the unity of the whole of the all. To be in harmony with the whole of the all, accept all as consciousness in existence. Bring this and that into unity like yin and yang nestled as one. Do not plot your way as the me of the body. Enter the room within. Listen to twia. Act in twia. Accept all outcomes with peace of heart. All will be accomplished abundantly.
To live in the moment is to accept all with peace of heart. To hold peace of heart always is to open the inner joy that is your true nature. Then you are in harmony with the whole of the all. The me of the body is a transitory experience of separation. Your true nature is eternal.
To do nothing is to step back. To live simply. To remember twia in all things. To remember twia is to have peace of heart.
To sit in the still silence of the room within is to let the me of the body fade away. In its place joy arises. Joy is your true nature. To live in joy is to know only the moment without judgment or hope. There are no words, no this and that. There is peace of heart and the harmony of the whole of the all.
To live in separation is to distinguish this from that. Without distinctions, there is no separation. Be the hub of existence. Be witness to the world without attachment. Then you see this in that and that in this. This seeing is the vision that is twia. From the hub you give grace to all. You experience the whole of the all.
To know the whole of the all, enter the room within. Sit in the still silence of darkness. Release the mind. Open your heart. To live with an open heart is to accept all outcomes peacefully. Become twia. Remember your true nature.
Vision expands in twia to encompass the whole of the all. You are aware of consciousness as the unity of all existence. Planted in the ground of goodness, you grow into awareness of consciousness in existence as the single essence of being. There is no other.
Release the me of the body as yourself. It is not you. You are neither your body, nor its personality. You are I AM. You are that which I AM. You are twia. Whole. Complete. Perfect. Eternal. There is no other than I AM. You are not separate. You are not special. You are the whole of the all. You extend loving-kindness to all. Jesus included all at the table without distinction.
Release the mind. Open the heart. Enter deep into the vibration of existence within. Let this river of life carry you to the sea without interruption. Do nothing to accomplish all. Your thoughts and emotions are not you. To attach yourself to them is to live in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This is the way of the me of the body. Witness them without attachment. Observe the ponies in the field without riding. In twia you witness in wisdom and joy. This is the way of the path.
To walk the way of the path, remember twia. Enter the room within. Sit in the sill silence with a quiet mind. Witness thoughts and emotions as not you. Drop judgment and hope. Release attachments. Find harmony in the whole of the all. Let desires and expectations fade away. This practice of dismantling the me of the body will release wisdom and joy.
