You are a hard nut to crack. You will not let go of your outer shell to reach the nugget within. Your attachment to the me of the body and its world keeps you from knowing your true nature. The shell does not sustain you. It falls away. The nugget inside is eternal life. It is true abundance. You are blind to this reality. It is hidden from you by your own fears. You live in an illusion of existence, and you fear its loss. Your reality is eternal. Your true nature cannot be gained or lost. You are fooled by the shell of existence and lose sight of your essential nature. The shell comes and goes. Your essence neither begins nor ends. Your shell diverts you from your truth and sets up idols of desire. You must smash the idols to reach your true nature. Break open the shell. Enter the room-within. Herein lies your truth. The me of the body and its world are transitory. You are forever the one. There is no other.
