The Cloud of Unknowing
Hear the silence. Let it ring in your ears. From the silence comes knowledge. Knowledge is revealed in the still, darkness of the room within. In silence and darkness, you know that you are not the body or its personality with all its thoughts and emotions. You remember I AM. You know again your true nature, which you have never lost. You are the expressing that is existence. You are the dancing that is the dance.
Do not think about these things. Knowledge comes from the heart, rather than from the mind. It is revealed in darkness. You do not know. Stop trying to say what cannot be said. Your conceptions are but dust on the wind. You cannot see. You have no clarity of mind on your own. The me of the body is limited, whereas twia knows no measure. Twia is boundless. Your effort to know stands between you and I AM. Resist the expectations of your mind. Move into the room within. Leave desire and expectation in the jar by the door. In darkness you gain vision in twia. You cannot know from others. There is no other. There is twia. You are that which I AM. You will know this in the room within. You will find awareness. You will feel the joy that you are. You will have peace of heart always.
Profit in your awareness. Live in abundance. Abundance is not wealth and glory. It is knowing. To know is to live naturally as intended. These are not the intentions of the body. These are the intentions of twia. Twia knows the way. To live in twia is to live in full abundance of joy and wisdom. For your abundance is not of the world. Abundance is not gained by desire and expectation, nor is it found in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Ground yourself in twia. You are planted firmly in the ground of goodness from which you grow abundantly in awareness of your true nature. Do not consider the outcome. Rest in the guidance of your true nature as it nourishes you in full abundance. Open your eyes in the room within. In twia, you will see the light bestowed on you in darkness. In darkness you have eyes to see clearly. To see is to know the way, which is abundant joy.
