Those who lead the way are not always the surest. The surest do not often get in over their heads. It is best to follow the way of those who have gone before. Walk their path quietly and reverently. You will know it by following the river that runs through you. Let the water flow freely. Do not pull against the current. Walk gently upon the land along the banks. Be silent in manner. Listen to the flow before you speak. When speaking, ask for clarification.
To follow the river and walk its path, enter the room within. When entering the room within, check your certainty at the door. From within, be aware of your thoughts and emotions. Be their witness. Observe without making them personal. They are not you. You do not know. You do not know until you can see with the vision that is twia. To follow twia is to see your way. To see your way is to lead humbly from behind. Walk in the path of those who seek. You will know them by their gifts, for they will share their longings. They will turn to follow you when they realize that you know the way home. Be present with them in all that you do. This is the surest of leadership.
