Attending to Attar, Day 76
You are I AM. You are existence co-mingled with nonexistence. You suffer the ups and downs of pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. You find relief in grieving. Your brilliance radiates, but you hide in darkness. You live in an upside-down backwards world of this and that. Now what are you doing? You have become a seeker of some sort. You know there is a way out. You have learned that the way out is to go within. This is another paradox you must face. Face it with passion. Set reason ablaze on the altar of knowledge. Get out of your head and into your heart. Leave your self at the threshold of the room-within. Leave it there to wither and die. You are neither self nor non-self. There is no you outside of I AM. Lose your self within yourself. You can never be other than I AM. I AM is consciousness in existence, or the whole of the all. You are the whole of the all. You are consciousness in existence. There is no other than I AM. Pass through the doorway. Enter the flow of the river within. You are a drop of water returning to the sea. “How far does the river run?”, you ask. The river in you is the sea itself. The drop never left the ocean.
