Contemplative meanderings
You are not your body, or its personality. The me of the body is your experience of existence. You are the expressing that is existence. You have no form or distinctions. You are the energy of the dance. You are awareness. Live as the awareness that you are. Do not cling to thoughts and emotions. They romp like ponies in a field. Observe without riding. Be witness to existence. Accept all with peace of heart. Live simply, close to the ground. Walk the path of twia. You are the dancing that is the dance. You are the energy of the whole of the all. This is consciousness. There is only consciousness. You are consciousness-expressing. You are I AM.
To know your true nature within is to know joy. In joy lies peace of heart always. There is no other than joy. Joy is I AM expressing. You are joy. To know this is to remember twia. Remember that you are I AM. You are consciousness-expressing existence. You are consciousness in all of existence. You are the whole of the all. To know is to be without words. To know is to be silent and still. Knowledge is awareness of your true nature. You are that which I AM. There is no other.
Joy is in the moment, not in the hopes of tomorrow. Do not escape too far from the present situation. Find the silence within. Let be what requires action now. In that way, all is accomplished. Twia knows the way. Your hopes and dreams do not. They are lost in desire and expectation.
The whole of the all takes form in consciousness. The whole of the all is consciousness in expression as existence. Consciousness-expressing is I AM. You are I AM. You are consciousness-expressing. You are the whole of the all. There is no other than I AM. You experience existence as the me of the body. To know your true nature, enter the room within. Herein lies twia. You are that which I AM. You have eyes that see in twia. Through clarity of vision, you see the whole of the all. Perceptions of separation fade. There is no other. No past. No future. No reason for judgment and hope. With eyes that see, be the witness to existence. Sit in the still silence of the room within in full awareness of I AM as your true nature. Twia knows the way. You are the awareness that becomes the witness to existence.
There is no one truth in existence to satisfy all. Perception in the me of the body is limited by ignorance and fear. Truth in existence is transitory. It comes and goes with the times. The truths you hold are nurtured by the culture into which you were born. Even variations have vestiges of your cultural roots. To grow in knowledge is to change your thoughts which alters your truths and brings you into a new world. Truth in existence is not perfect. It is altered by changing perceptions. The suffering of the me of the body too often is caused by transitory truths being held rigidly in place by ignorance and fear. Nothing in existence is real or permanent. That is its nature.
The me of the body is ignorant and fearful. From fear comes desire to survive and find fulfillment. You feel incomplete. You struggle to attain worldly comforts. You struggle to find wholeness. Your desires turn to expectations. The outcomes of your expectations bring about pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This is the way of the world. The way of the path is to turn within. To do nothing. To remember twia. Twia knows the way. You do not know. What you gain in the world you fear losing. You cannot add to your true nature, nor can it be diminished. You are eternally whole, complete, perfect. Remember your true nature by entering the room within. It awaits until you are ready.
Hold peace of heart in all situations. Step back. Do not contend. Remove yourself from conflict between peace and the wars of the world. Accept yourself in the moment. Surrender to twia. Yield to the way of the path. Be witness to thoughts, emotions, and the actions that follow. Remove yourself from the foray of worldly chaos and befuddlement.
Wherever you go be there with peace of heart. Go inward in the moment. Be witness to thoughts and emotions without riding them like ponies in a field. You do not have to ride every feeling. Step back. Observe. Act through twia. Twia knows the way.
