Contemplative meanderings
You exist as the me of the body. The nature of all existence is transitory. All comes and goes in cycles of beginnings and endings. The tiniest objects of existence are not objects at all, but forms of energy. They too come and go in existence like the me of the body. Existence is vibration of energy in form. You are not the body. You are the vibrating. You are the energy of existence. You are the dancing that is the dance.
You exist beyond name and form as a soul. The soul remains in separation. Form takes on a different meaning. Density has decreased. The ethereal takes precedence. In birth and death, existence is transcendent. It goes beyond form. The body is not your sole experience of existence. You are a soul that lives in spirit as well.
You know existence as the universe. The universe exists in consciousness, but this cannot be said. There are no words to say what is real. Words are illusions that separate. Consciousness is real. Consciousness has no separation but as a thought in the eternal field of infinite possibility. This cannot be described. Do not try. It is known within without words.
Consciousness manifests thought of separation as existence. Existence is transitory in the eternal. How can this be said? What words are there to say this? You perceive separation where there is none. The mind fails. The me of the body cannot fathom reality. It perceives separation as real. It lives in a seemingly real world that it fears leaving in death. It clings to all that it can to save itself from oblivion. This is suffering.
Buddhism maintains that life is suffering, that it has gone awry, that you feel unfulfilled as the me of the body. The goal is to find liberation from pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Release your perceptions of separation. Release your thoughts of the me of the body as real. To relinquish the me of the body is to enter the room within, to touch the eternal, to know joy. In knowing joy, you find peace of heart in all transitions.
To know joy is to enter the room within in full awareness of twia. This is a state of existence from which words cannot emanate. You exist without words in full knowledge of the whole of the all. The me of the body cannot fathom this state of being. To be in this state is to touch the eternal. To touch the eternal, sit in the still silence within. Empty the mind. Listen with ears wide open. See with clarity through the darkness. You will remember joy. Joy is your true nature. Know joy always. Live in joy, not suffering.
I love this!
