Live fully in twia
Attachments do not bring you joy. You fear their loss. You suffer in emptiness. Your fulfillment is transitory. This is the nature of separation. Nothing lasts.
You live in a cycle of birth and death. You are born in body with attraction to this and that; you find feelings of pleasure and happiness; attachments are formed; fulfillment ensues; you feel satisfaction; then there is fear of loss; loss and suffering, pain and sorrow occur; you want more fulfillment; then new attachments are formed and a new cycle of desire, expectation, pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow ensues. When you grow tired and weary of the cycles, you seek renewal.
Do not seek in the world. Enter the room within. To not enter the room within is to have a false sense of freedom in outer ritual and practice. Become aware of your worldly ways. The way of the world is birth and death. The way of the path is joy and wisdom. To know joy, enter the room within. Herein lies your true nature. Herein you touch the eternal. Herein you have eyes that see the whole of the all. With eyes that see and ears that hear you find awareness. To be aware of the whole of the all is to live without attachment. To live without attachment is to hold peace of heart always in all situations.
Pain and sorrow give you challenge to change and grow. Pleasure and happiness give cause for comfort and delight, but little reason to develop anew. Pain and sorrow are seeds of liberation. Liberation is an offering of self-understanding and discovery. Be witness to your own unfolding. The me of the body struggles in its sufferings with sorrowful emotions. What are they in you? Give them recognition. Be aware. Watch these ponies in the field without climbing on to ride. To ride is to risk being carried to the abyss.
There is nothing in pain and sorrow to which you must cling. Neither need you cling to pleasure and happiness. Be witness to their presence. They tell you of your perceptions of yourself in the world. To be aware like this is to drop attachments to illusions of existence. To drop attachments is to correct your views with eyes that see and ears that hear. You will see and hear through twia.
Pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow are ways of the world. The way of the path through twia is joy and wisdom. The path you have taken has brought you here. Is this where you want to be?
Remain the witness. Do not falter. In all ways you are whole, complete, perfect, eternal. Hold to that awareness. It is your true nature. Be that now. In twia lies peace of heart always, in all situations. Remain serene in the face of all. Accept the joy that is your true nature.
