Twia knows joy, not suffering
Drop desire. Be without expectation. Break free from attachment. The bonds of desire are strong. They hold you to the me of the body. They do not wither under strain. They grow in strength as you grieve. To suffer in pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow is to be attached to desire. The bonds of expectation hold you tight to the body. You are not the body. There is no bond in reality. To enter the room within is to leave the bond at the threshold. The way of the path is straight and narrow, strong and steady. Do not falter in your steps. Do not let desire drag you from the path. Keep to twia. Twia knows the way. To follow twia is to hold peace of heart always. With peace of heart, joy prevails. Desire languishes in the dust with broken bonds.
What is there to grieve but attachment. The pain lies in the bond. The object is meaningless. The bond is self-imposed through a false sense of lack. There is no lack in reality. It is a figment of existence. Thoughts of separation impose bonds of attachment.
Grief shudders through the body in loss. A made up feeling from perceptions of lack. Should you dwell on grief? The body says, yes. More suffering, please. Say, no! Be the witness to grief. Accept the outcome. The anguish will subside. It is not real. Let joy return. Joy is your reality. Joy is your true nature. Joy overcomes anguish always. You are not grief, no matter the suffering. Suffering is not your nature. Suffering is desire with attachments to expectations. Drop desire. Drop expectations. Accept all outcomes. Hold peace of heart always.
You fear uncertainty. The uncertainty of death is great. From fear comes desire, attachment, and expectation. This is to live with pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. When all you truly want is to return to joy. Joy is your true nature. Joy nourishes your presence on the planet. Joy is beyond pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Joy is your own true nature. Turn to joy always. Enter the room within. Joy comes naturally in the still silence of the moment. Hold on to joy in all situations. Twia will guide you. Do nothing. Make no effort. Let the river run free. Let go. Release. Step into the new. The new is in the moment. Unlike any other. What you accomplish alone is pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Twia knows joy, not suffering. To suffer is to walk the way of the world. To remember twia is to walk the way of the path.
