Contemplative meanderings
The me of the body attaches to thoughts and emotions. It buys into them as real. They are not. Thoughts and emotions are transitory. They come and go. They hang around only as long as you allow them to linger.
Your world is conceived in the thoughts to which you cling. It is a transitory world. It changes as your thoughts change. How you perceive things today may change tomorrow. You may declare the change to be better, or you may see it as worse. Either way, you make it so by how you perceive the situation.
To live from within is to be witness to thoughts and emotions and to hold peace of heart in all situations. Your view of a situation is one of many that can be held. To perceive the world through the me of the body is to separate it into this and that. Enter the room within. Remember twia. With eyes that see be witness to the whole of the all.
The roots of your being are buried deeply in the ground of goodness. You are the being of existence. The ground of goodness nourishes you. Live simply. Be aware. Live close to the ground in full awareness of all.
Awareness arises from within the still silence of your true nature. Enter the silence. Enter the presence of twia in the room within. Herein lies wisdom and joy. Herein twia leads the way.
Be still. Find peace of heart always. There is a quiet presence in all situations. Be aware. To be aware is to witness from the room within. Stillness settles the dust of the world. Renewed vision brings awareness with eyes that see.
Be still. Stillness shows the way. Stillness points to the room within. To be still is to be without form. From the still silence within, witness your world without judgment and hope. Look past this and that. See the whole of the all that is consciousness. From the room within, the light of wisdom and joy will shine on all. From stillness comes knowledge.
Be still and know. To know is to be aware in the moment. The moment rests within the still silence. It is found in quietude of mind and body. Join in silence with all. Feel the presence of being that is the whole of the all. You are the way, the light of wisdom that is awareness.
The still silence of the room within is consciousness. Consciousness is intelligent and aware. From the thought of separation in consciousness existence manifests. You are consciousness expressing separation as existence. You experience existence as the world. You know existence as the universe. You are sustained in existence by consciousness. You are I AM. You are consciousness in all of existence. You are the whole of the all.
Do not over think any situation. Give your attention to the moment without judgment and hope. In the moment lies wisdom and joy. You cannot know with words. To know is to sit in the still silence of the room within. In the moment of knowing lies peace of heart in all situations. With peace of heart, you are aware. You know the whole of the all that is consciousness in existence. You know your true nature.
