Today in contemplation
Content for this blog comes from my contemplations on mystic writings. Mystic writings are found in most religions. They are representations of a mystic’s inner experiences with the spiritual realm. Mystics are conscious of their inner nature and live from this awareness. They transfer focus from their outside world of religious rites and rituals to an inner world of knowledge gained by direct contact with the divine. I call this inner world the room-within. It is a place to remember one’s reality. In the outer world you are blind and deaf to reality. When you enter the room-within you gain eyes that see and ears that hear. To go within is to be guided by that which I AM. Mystics are on a journey of reunion with I AM. In union with I AM, they find peace of heart in all situations. They come to know their true nature and its reality. Many mystics call this reality consciousness. They find there is no separation between ourselves and consciousness. You are consciousness in existence. You are that which I AM. There is no other.
