Today in contemplation
Your mind drifts. Your body trembles. You have rushed past the moment seeking hope. Stop. Become mindful. To be mindful is to experience the moment as its witness. No judgment. No hope. Only awareness of sensations. As thoughts wander in, give them no meaning. There is no meaning in the moment except what you provide. What do you say of this moment? The one you are experiencing now. Are you here or somewhere else in your mind? Let go of meaning. Bring your witness into play. Allow for uncertainties. Savor the moment. It brings peace of heart to all who listen. Stop seeking. Do nothing. You will be found, for you never left. You are that which I AM. Open your heart to this reality. It comes to you in the moment.
