The breath moves through you. It is life. Breath is your being in existence. The breath is real. It is your true nature. Your existence is illusion. The me of the body is transitory. It comes and goes. The breath of the body is eternal. Do not let it catch you sleeping. It will move on. To sleep through life is to die. To be awake and receive is to live in joy. The me of the body is lost on its own. It wanders off the path into the brambles and is stuck full of thorns. Breathe! Let the breath carry you back to the way. Remove the thorns with kindness and grace.
The breath is infinite. It has no boundaries. Form cannot contain it whole. Breath animates the illusion and makes it seem real. While you breathe you are alive in a world of your own making. You cannot outrun the breath. The world around you may collapse, but the breath remains. Fear cannot poison the depths of its well. Taste the water. It is pure and cold. Wash in the breath. Cleanse yourself of fear. Cast ignorance aside. Fear and ignorance are the way of the world. Breath animates your existence. It is awash in wisdom and joy. Breathe deeply. Drink from the well. You will be restored. You have the power to change your world, one breath at a time. Attend to your breath. Allow it to cleanse and heal. You will gain wholeness anew.
