Contemplative meanderings
The me of the body is an expression of separation in consciousness where there can be no separation. Separation is illusion. You are real. You are not the body, nor its personality. You are the expressing that manifests the me of the body. You are the dancing that is the dance.
The thoughts and emotions that you hold in mind and body are not you. They are limitations of separation. They tell you that you are alone and separate, unfulfilled and needy. Seeking fulfillment, you form desires and attachments. It is from your desires and attachments that your world emerges. You set the stage with thoughts then play the role that fits your beliefs.
The mind swarms with thoughts as it flits about like bees and butterflies between this and that. All that it sees is separation, and from separateness it tries to gather all it can for fulfillment. Gather in your awareness. Bring it to the center. You are the hub of the wheel. Remain centered in twia while thoughts spin wildly around you. You are the hub, the emptiness within. Rest in the emptiness that is your true nature. Herein, remember twia and live from your true nature.
Live in the moment. Although you judge and hope, thoughts about past and future occur now. You are alive in the moment. Be witness to its existence. Act now from within. The room within is timeless. It has no past, no future. Twia is eternal. The way of the path is to remember twia. To remember twia is to live moment by moment. All will be accomplished. Your life will be abundant. There is no time but now. Be its witness.
To judge is to live in the past. Judgment breeds guilt. Guilt is the product of ignorance and fear. There is no need for judgment. Restore the present in your life. Bring awareness to the moment. Let go of the past. It will restore itself anew if you witness without fear, judgment, and guilt. Be the witness in the moment to all thought. Twia knows the way. Look beyond what you did on your own to what you do now in twia. To live in twia is to live in the moment without judgment.
This moment is it. Past and future are illusions in time. At any given time, they exist in mind only. You judge and hope, while ignoring the present moment. It is in the moment that life occurs. Attend to the moment. Do not judge. Do not hope. Live from within moment by moment. Do this by remembering twia, by being the witness to thought, emotion, and action. Observe mindfully. Bring attention and awareness into the present. Hold peace of heart in all situations. You cannot be anywhere else but now, except in mind.
From the still, sweet silence of the moment, find peace of heart in all situations. Bring awareness into the present. Give your senses to the moment. Do nothing. That which needs doing will be done. In twia you will see the way. Act from twia. Accept all outcomes. All will be accomplished. This is the way of the path.
