Contemplative meanderings
The me of the body is ignorant of your true nature. It lives in fear of oblivion. Fear generates desire for survival, fulfillment, and an afterlife. Desire leads to expectations that may or may not be fulfilled. The outcomes generate pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Desires also become attachments. You cling to what you hope will provide fulfillment. Be witness to this worldly path. You are not the me of the body. Observe your thoughts and emotions without accepting them as real. They are transitory. You are eternal. Be aware of existence as an expression of separation that cannot be real in consciousness. Find consciousness in all. You are the awareness that witnesses the whole of the all which is consciousness in existence. This is I AM. There is no other.
Open your mind to the emptiness that is consciousness. Be aware without thinking of this and that. Thoughts clutter your mind. They distract from heart. In heart lies all wisdom. Open heart to knowing. You do not know. Twia knows. In mind you think you know. You do not. Knowing has no words. It cannot be said. Mind is cluttered with words. It searches for answers where there are none. To know, enter the room within. In the emptiness of heart lies wisdom unsaid. Follow what you cannot hear. Be where you cannot be. Release yourself to twia. Act from within. Accept all outcomes. Hold peace of heart always.
Thoughts are food for the mind. On which thoughts do you choose to feed? You grow into what you chew and swallow. “You are what you eat” is an adage not only for the food you eat but the thoughts which you consume. The thoughts you collect and keep become your life story. They give personality to the me of the body. You live out what you believe is true about yourself and the world in which you live. You find your meaning from the culture into which you were born. You live from the past and put hope in the future. This personality that is the me of the body is transitory. An experience in existence. Do not cling to it. It is forever changing and renewable. You are eternal. You are twia. Be witness to the me of the body with its thoughts and emotions. Do not accept them as you. Live in the moment without judgment and hope. To be the witness gives you the power to change your thoughts, which opens you to new beliefs and alters your world by giving it new meaning and purpose. To live fully in twia is to see the world as the whole of the all. Remember twia. Enter the room within. Touch the eternal, which is your true nature. To touch the eternal is to be aware. To be aware is to witness the world without accepting it as real.
To enter the room within is to leave behind the din of the world. Energy abounds. You have touched upon the eternal. You accept twia as your true nature. You are I AM. You are energy manifesting form. In reality, you are wholly consciousness. There is no other. In existence you are the whole of the all. As Joeseph Campbell once said in an interview with Bill Moyer, the body has no meaning; it is just protoplasm. Physicists describe it as a random collection of elementary particles. You derive meaning for yourself as you see through the lens of your culture. Deep within, the energy of your existence animates every cell. Let twia use the me of the body to express wholly and completely in form as the whole of the all. To live in twia is to live in the moment. To accept all with peace of heart.
What is left of life in the end is memories. It is memories that hold you in separation. Release the past. Do not judge. Do not hope. The future, too, is separation. Time is existence. You are eternal. Live moment by moment in the whole of the all. Do not be absorbed with where you have been or where you are going. Turn to twia in the room within. Twia knows the way. You do not. The me of the body is lost in the past while struggling to plan a future. It all leads to death. You are eternal.
