I AM is real — you are I AM
Your true nature is real. In reality you are I AM. You are the awareness that is consciousness. You are consciousness-expressing. You are the manifesting that is existence. You are the dancing that is the dance.
The body and its personality exist in a world of separation. The me of the body is not real. Consciousness is reality. Separation is illusion. To know your true nature, remove separation from your vision. To remove separation from your vision, enter the room within. To enter the room within is to remember that you are not the body nor its personality. The me of the body is transitory. You are eternal. To enter the room within is to touch the eternal.
To enter the room within is to still the mind. The mind is a field filled with prancing ponies galloping about freely as thoughts and emotions. They are not you. Do not ride the ponies. Be their witness. To witness the ponies is to see their illusion. To see their illusion is to know that you are not your thoughts and emotions. You are real. You are I AM.
The mind generates thoughts of separation. It resides in the me of the body. Without the body, you are the me of the soul. You are no more the soul than you are the body. All thoughts of separation are illusion whether in body or soul. Without thoughts of separation, without the mind, there is no world of existence. The mind is thought. Your world reflects the thoughts you hold in mind. Your world is a projection of thoughts of separation. It is not real. It is transitory. You can change your world by changing your thoughts. To change your thoughts, do nothing of your own. Follow twia from within.
Your true nature is twia. In major religions it is spoken of as Atman (Hinduism), the Buddha (Buddhism), the Christ (Christianity). To follow twia is to have eyes that see. To see the world through twia is to view the whole of the all. To see the world through the me of the body is to perceive separation blindly. The world reflected by the me of the body is different than the world reflected by twia from within. One is pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow fueled by desire and expectation driven by ignorance and fear. The other reflects your true nature, which is wisdom and joy. To live in wisdom and joy is to hold peace of heart always, to view a world without separation. This is the nature of twia.
The me of the body exists as form in spacetime. Without the body, the me of separation exists as a soul. The soul world and the world of the body are both illusions. They are existence as manifestation of consciousness expressing thoughts of separation. They center in heart. Heart expresses thought and emotion. Heart is your place in existence. Perception arises within heart. Perception places you among objects in spacetime. It is your sense of being outside of body. From heart you say: I am here; this is me. Your identity and place in existence are perceived in heart. Perceiving who you are and where you are in existence, you can perceive all else as well.
To leave heart entirely to the me of the body is to experience pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow fueled by desire and expectation driven by ignorance and fear. This is the way of the world. Deep in heart is the room within. To bring peace to heart, enter the room within. To enter the room within, remember twia. Twia is your true nature. To know twia is to know I AM. To know I AM is to be aware beyond existence.
