Remember twia always
Quit the mind. Its chatter deafens you. Open your ears. Listen to I AM. Twia is your guide. To hear twia is to witness thoughts and emotions without action. Do nothing. Be aware of your own true nature.
To be aware is to act from I AM. Witness your thoughts and emotions. They arise to the me of the body. You are not your body. You are not its thoughts and emotions. You are their witness. You are I AM. As their witness, do not act on them. Observe. Let them be. Keep your awareness on twia.
To hold to the me of the body, to act on its thoughts and emotions, is to live in separation. To live in separation is to have desires and expectations, which are fuel for pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Judgment and hope ensue. To hold to twia is to do nothing. To do nothing, enter the room within. Remember twia. Hold peace of heart always. Wisdom and joy will ensue. From wisdom and joy, loving-kindness is revealed to all as your true nature.
The me of the body is transitory. It does not last. Observe its breath. Witness its existence. To witness is to stand back. To enter the room within. In the room within, the mind is quiet. Thought and emotion subside. Wandering stops. Thought and emotion hold to the moment. Outside the moment, many ponies prance in the field. Do not ride the ponies. Give one pony your attention. It will stop its prancing to nibble the grass.
Your struggles lie with the me of the body. You struggle to survive, to be accepted and appreciated, and to find your place in the world of separation. The struggle of life is driven by ignorance and fear. You are ignorant of your true nature, and you fear oblivion. Ease your struggle. Live beyond the body. To live beyond the body, enter the room within. Herein lies twia, your true nature. To know twia is to rely less and less on desire and expectation. You come to know your true nature. Living from wisdom and joy, you find peace of heart in all situations.
Remember twia always. Hold to your true nature. Find guidance in wisdom and joy. Release judgment and hope. Do not cling to desire. Accept all outcomes with peace of heart. This is the way of the path.
