You are consciousness-expressing. You are the expressing of consciousness that is existence. You are the dancing that is the dance. You are not the me of the body with its self. Leave the self behind. You are the joy of the moment. Without the self, separation is dismissed. You find your true nature. You find you are not alone. You realize you are the whole of the all. Express mindful attention always. Witness consciousness in the world. Do not turn away from the union of this and that. Be yin and yang nestled in their cocoon of unity. Be the lover of all without fear. This is your true nature. Attend to the moment. Embrace the world without concern for the self. Be open to all. You are the expressing that is joy in the world. You are that which I AM. In consciousness, there is no self. There is no other. There is you. You are consciousness-expressing. You are joy in the world.
