An expansive ocean seems endless in its vastness. In all its immensity it is one continuous form. That continuous form is composed of discrete water molecules, which themselves are comprised of ever smaller, finer, discrete elementary particles. The continuity of the water is discrete in its nature. The continuity of awareness is discrete in its nature. Twia is discrete awareness. The totality of awareness is I AM.
Enter the room within in silence. Hold to its stillness and serenity. Do nothing. Your inaction will bring peace and revelation. Listen with ears that hear. This is to follow twia. There is no guide but your own true nature. Call it what you will. There is only one.
Stop thinking so much. Cast your learning aside. Stay out of the way of others. You have enough in tending to yourself. Left to themselves, things follow their natural way.
A great nation, like a great person, must humble itself honestly. In humility there is unity among nations. Without humility there is antagonism which leads too often to war.
The ways of the world crawl over you like red ants when you sit on their nest. They are everywhere. They bite. You cannot escape their sting. The bites can be painful. You may suffer in torment. Be vigilant in walking the way of the path. Do not find yourself sitting on an ant hill. Do nothing. Allow twia to wash over you instead. Twia is soothing. Twia brings peace of heart.
Live simply without extravagance. Do not be excessive in your ways. Peace of heart is enough. Be good to all you meet. Know that you do not know. Then you will know. But tell no one.
The wise old woman said, follow me. I know the way. So, I stepped onto her path. Quickly she disappeared. She was not needed. The way reveals itself to all who listen with peace of heart.
