You cannot see. You cannot hear. You do not know. You live with desire. Expectations addle you with pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. Forget this nonsense. It condemns you to cycles of birth and death. Enter the room within. Choose the way of the path. Find eyes that see. Ears that hear. Empty your mind. Drink from the river what is yours. Nothing more. No less. Be the witness. Watch the ponies in the field. Do not ride. Find contentment. Stay centered. Do not contend. Have no attachments. Do not be separated. Dwell in harmony with the whole of the all. Do not follow the eyes and ears. It is the heart that knows.
To peer into oblivion is to lose your way. To retrieve what you lost, do nothing. It will return. Why do you ponder the unknown? It cannot be grasped. To release your desire is to release your grasping. To release desire is to do nothing. What you cannot seize is received in the room within.
Suffering comes with the body. The me of the body lives in ignorance and fear. You are ignorant of your true nature. You fear oblivion. Do not possess the world. Honor the body. Care for it. Do not own it. It is not you. You are twia. Twia is the whole of the all. In twia lies wisdom and joy. Listen to twia. Follow your natural way. You are that which is. There is no other. Guard this knowledge. Live in joy each moment. Do not trade this knowledge for desire.
There is joy in seeing the bright yellow bird amid the green leaves of the birch tree. True joy is found in the birdless, barren twigs of a dead tree. Joy looks upon all the same.
Like the flowing river, stay close to the ground. Follow your course. Do nothing. The way opens before you. Follow the way of the river.
Abandon this and that. Let go of here and there. Release pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. These are not you. You are whole, complete, perfect, eternal. You are the whole of the all. The I AM. There is no other.
