The breath of life is twia. The essence of life is in the breath. There is no life without breath. It enters the body at birth and escapes at death. When breath stops, the last quiver of life slips from the body. The body requires twia to be alive. Twia is the energy of existence.
Prior to the first breath, the body is but the mother’s flesh. Upon birth it breathes in twia as its own. The living breath. It is all one. There is no difference. The mother. The child. The breath. Twia. They are all the same in oneness. Only perception separates them.
Let no one be your foe. See I AM in all whom you meet. That which I AM I see in you. This is the way of the path. Do not judge others through eyes that do not see. Twia is the whole of the all.
Your desire to have things your way gets in the way of peace of heart. You are upset when things are not how you want them to be. Let go of desire. It is the way of the world. Follow twia. Release your disturbance to twia. Twia knows the way. Return to peace of heart. To hold peace of heart always is to release all attachments that you have to this and that.
Let mind follow heart. Intelligence gives rise to understanding. Heart knows truth. What is needed to understand the world is given rest in the room within. Let the mind sort out the world. Let heart bring you home to twia. To learn daily is to achieve daily. To forget daily is to remember twia. To know twia, do nothing. The mind goes quiet in the room within. Heart holds space within.
Hafiz felt in need of a great pilgrimage, so he sat still for three days. All you need to know of the world is in you. Stay at home. The more you wander about the less you know. The room within is your true nature. Jesus said the kingdom is within. It is neither here nor there in the world. Stop wandering about in search of what you cannot find. Sit in the silence of the room within. It will come to you. Why? Because you have never been separated from the I AM, except in your own perceptions.
