You are not your body. You are I AM. The awareness that is consciousness-expressing. You are consciousness expressing existence. Be the witness to existence. The witness is your true nature.

Consciousness holds in thought what cannot be real. Existence is a thought in consciousness of separation. Separation cannot be real. Consciousness expressing separation is manifested as existence. The universe and its content are existence as you understand it.

Existence in consciousness is a thought of other expressed in imagination. It is an illusion like a government is an illusion. The government exists in a collective imagination. It is not real like the buildings that house it or the documents that describe it are real.

The me of the body has imagination. You can imagine things, such as unicorns, that are not real. You hold in mind much that is not real in the world. You share in collective imaginations. You imagine legends, myths, gods, religions, corporations, municipalities, nations. These exist in mind but are not real like objects in spacetime.

There is nothing outside of your imagination. You are the expressing of imagination in consciousness. In form, you think you are the me of the body. Your form manifests in imagination as consciousness-expressing. Your life is a figment of thought in consciousness. The me of the body, or your personality, results from agreements among the total population and its various cultures and segments about life in the world. It is transitory, not eternal. It exists without being real.

You live in a duality. It is an imagined possibility in consciousness that there can be other than the eternal. This is the cycle of birth and death that is existence. It is not real. Reality has no beginning. No end. No this and that. In consciousness there is no duality except as a dream of possibility that cannot be real.
