This is the state of the me of the body in existence. You struggle with desires that cannot be met, expectations that cannot be fulfilled, and attachments that bind you in desperate hope. This is your life in the world. Stop. Step back. Be the witness. Look upon existence from within. You will see. You will know. The way will clear. This is the way of the path. To remember twia. To follow the way that is your true nature.

Quiet yourself in the still silence of the room within. Let the dust of the world settle. Find clarity in twia. Joy stirs. It endures all. You are its radiance. Bring joy to the world. You are its loving-kindness. Be its witness. Yield. Do not contend. Be receptive to all.

Move into the emptiness of the room within. It holds all. It never runs dry. Sit in its still silence. Let go. Leave all to twia. Twia knows the way. Twia follows the river without hinderance. In twia, you are planted firmly in the ground of goodness. You are nourished in its fullness. You are fulfilled in twia. You are given eyes that see. In your journey from mountain to valley to sea, you will not be lost.

The mystery lies low in the valley. It runs down from the hills. It takes all that it receives. It opens to the seas below. It allows the river to run through undeterred, nourishing all. Do not impede the flowing river. It is your life blood. Your breath. The way of the path.

To walk the way of the path is to do nothing but remember twia. To remember twia, enter the room within. Herein lies the still, sweet silence of the eternal I AM. You are the one, the I AM. There is no other.

The room within lies in consciousness. It has no walls, no doors, no windows, no place. All distinctions are lost in it. To enter the room within is to touch the eternal.
