Seek stillness. Find solace in silence. Do not speak. Listen with a blank mind. The empty mind holds all knowledge. This you cannot learn. There is nothing to study. It is revealed to you who sit in the still silence of the room within. There is no profit in this. Nothing to gain. You do not lack. This you will remember. Wisdom will reveal your true nature. Knowledge will come without a trace. It leaves no path. There is nothing to follow. You are it. It is yours to know. Do not seek.

You know. What you know is that you do not know. Knowing this, it can be revealed. In revelation you know. Who are you that you do not know? The me of the body. Who are you that you do know? Twia. Twia knows. Twia is the witness to the body. Remember twia. Be the witness. Know.

You are discrete awareness. A bit of awareness like a particle of water. Not separate. You are awareness like the particle is water. You cannot be removed or isolated from the whole of the all. You are that which is.

Yin and yang flow in, around, and through each other. Always in unity. One cannot be without the other. To know yin is to know yang. To know yang is to know yin. In yin is the valley. In yang is the mountain. To live in the valley is to be born again into the light that is twia. Your power lies in twia, not in the body. You are limitless. Do not live in the ignorance of the world. Return to your true nature. Remember twia. Do nothing. Let the stream of life flow unimpeded from the mountain into the valley. To do nothing is to be restored in nature. Do not deny your virtue. Realize your dark side. It gives balance to the light. In light you can see. Be soft and subtle in your ways. Return to the valley from where you came. It holds the nourishment for you to grow. This is the ground of goodness. In the valley, you are firmly planted. You will flourish and rise by doing nothing, like a seed in the soil. It is not yours to do. It is for twia to do. Knowing this, a crack will open for the light to penetrate. It will shine through to all. Tell no one. All will see.

The way of yin parts for the power of yang. Yang recedes in the opening of yin. Flow with their movements. Become soft and subtle like a newborn. Be the way for all to see. Be the channel of existence. Let the waters of manifestation flow through you. Do not block their way. Do not remain hard and rigid. The me of the body blocks the flow with fear and ignorance. This is not the way. Be open to the flow that runs through you. You are valley consciousness. Let the waters find their way through you to the sea. Receive the power of the mountain. Return it to the I AM.
