Movement is the energy of existence, like dancing is the dance. The energy of existence is consciousness expressing thought. You are consciousness-expressing. You are the I AM. You are the energy of existence. You are the breath. You are life. The one that is. There is no other. Life enters the body with the breath. It leaves by the breath. It is the breath. Yin and yang breathe existence. In and out. Yielding and gaining. Back and forth. Their breathing gives life to the universe. Pay attention to the breath. Be in the moment with your breathing. The way of the path will open before you.
The breath of existence, yin and yang, is this and that. Yin and yang are the bellows of duality. Back and forth. In and out. This and that. You and me. Them and us. Hard and soft. Beauty and ugliness. Good and bad. These are poles that tear at the me of the body.
Consciousness is one. Yin and yang are two. Existence is the whole of the all. Separation begets oneness. Being and non-being. Birth and death. One chases the other while yin and yang breathe existence. To follow the breath is to do without doing. Breathe. Do nothing. Do not struggle to own, control, consume. Breathe. Enjoy. Enjoy without desire. Drop expectations. Release attachments. Act in the moment. This is the way of the path.
The world is not objective. It responds to your perceptions. How you perceive the world is what you experience. You have thoughts that produce beliefs that bring about experiences that support your beliefs. Change your thoughts. Change your beliefs. Change the world. You live amongst your biases. Would not it be fun to re-think your life? Go at it anew. Ultimately, let go of it all. Live in the moment without the past. Take what comes as yours. Twia knows the way. You can live in joy without pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This is the way of the path.
The flame from the candle seems raised like the sail of a golden ship slipping silently through the seas.
To enter the room within, quiet the mind. To quiet the mind, do not look upon the world with desire. It holds no lasting fulfillment. Fill yourself with your true nature. To find your true nature, do nothing. It will find you. You struggles are futile. Do not think on it. It will elude you. It steps back from your grasping. Open your hand to receive. It will come to you. Receive willingly its embrace. To know twia is to do nothing. Sit in revelation in the still silence of the room within.
