There is awareness. There is intelligence. These are marks of consciousness. Consciousness is intelligent and aware. It has thoughts. Consciousness is aware of its thoughts. The energy of thinking is consciousness-expressing. You are consciousness-expressing. You are the energy of consciousness manifesting existence from the thought of separation.

Let life be. It will unfold in natural order. Follow the way that is twia. Let the river follow its natural course. It seeks the lowlands. It follows them to the sea. Stay close to the ground. You are planted in the ground of goodness. Do not struggle up mountain peaks. Flow naturally to the sea. You are born into the way of the river. Find comfort and joy in its flow.

Struggle all you want. You are helpless. You do not know the way. The way of the path is to remember twia. To remember twia, enter the room within. To be in the still silence of the room within is to touch the eternal. To touch the eternal is to let go of beginnings and endings. Without beginnings and endings, you are free. Boundless. Changeless. Aware of the moment in its entirety.

Slow down. Be aware. Seek balance and harmony. The way of the path is not rushed. Reduce desire. Act from twia. Accept all outcomes. Stay centered in the room within. Jesus said to let the morrow tend to itself. Hold peace in heart now. Live simply. Keep close to the ground.

Twia is the same everywhere always. There is no other than I AM. This is the whole of the all.

Look ahead if you must, but do not give thought to getting there. You are not a time machine. Do not set your clock for the future. That clock needs only one number on its dial. That number is “now.”
