Do nothing. Become mindful of the moment. Release desire, expectation, attachment. Accept the moment for what it is. Give it space to flow. Do not divert the river to your will. Lie low in the valley. The river nourishes the ground of goodness. Let things come to their own fruition. Sit in the still silence of the room within. Do not rush. Be the witness not the doer. Act in the moment. Release the outcome. Do and expect nothing. By not doing, all is done.
Some temples have a thousand steps to climb to reach the gods. Some pilgrims walk a thousand miles to find peace. Hafiz, when called to go on a pilgrimage, sat still for three days. Jesus sat in silence with the Father when he prayed. The Buddha meditated under the bodhi tree. At all times, seek silence. Be at peace in the silence. Find gratitude in silence. Silence is the way of the heart. Silence grows deeper and deeper on the way of the path. Sit in the still silence of the room within. Jesus said that herein lies the kingdom. The Buddha found his way in the bliss of the room within as he sat under the bodhi tree. Lao Tzu advises to live simply in silence of the Tao. To hold peace always is to do so from the silent source of the eternal within. To know this is to live in unity with all. To practice this is the acceptance of all things.
Consciousness is emptiness that is nowhere. It has no separations. It cannot be described, compared, or measured. These are activities of separation. Consciousness is empty. It cannot be filled. Consciousness is empty. It holds all possibility. Consciousness is the eternal field of infinite possibility. Consciousness is reality. Separation is a thought, a possibility, that cannot be real. Separation is illusion. You know separation as your own existence. The me of the body within your world of separate forms/objects in a universe of spacetime. Existence can only be imagined in consciousness. It has no reality. Consciousness expressing the thought of separation is existence.
There is a union of all. A wholeness that is complete and perfect. This is the whole of the all. This is you. You are the whole of the all. I AM.
