Reality is oneness only because you know separation. In reality there is no oneness. There are no distinctions. Reality is totality. There is no this or that. No outside or inside. No here or there. No you or me. No them or us. Totality is consciousness. Such descriptions and names are not real. They have no basis except in separation. It is like describing a multi-dimensional world from within a one-dimensional existence. It cannot be done. There are no words to convey unknown. Yet you try. Totality cannot be known in separation. It is called oneness.
Give thought to joy always. It is your true nature. Move toward simplicity. Hold peace of heart. Existence can be ugly and depressing. Do not dwell there. The world seems always at war, neighbor with neighbor, nation with nation. Anger and violence are not reality. These are the outcomes of fear bred by perceptions of separation. See your neighbor as yourself. Remove borders between nations. Live in harmony with all. This is the way of the path.
Do not fight. Do not break from the flow of the river. Do not be clever. Avoid conflict. Desire less. Expect little. Act quietly, away from where you can be seen. Do, then tell no one. Pull in your oars. Let the boat float as it may. This is the way of the path. This is remembering twia.
The sea is consciousness. The unending, never beginning ocean of intelligence and awareness. This sea, with no shape, center, size, shores, or form, is totality. There is no other, only the water. This is consciousness, the mother of the whole of the all.
Through this sea runs a current, a river of thought that is existence. Your life flows in the river as the me of the body. Like a molecule of water, you are discrete awareness in an ocean of awareness. This is I AM. That which I AM, twia, is discrete awareness in consciousness. You are witness to existence. You are not the existence that is the me of the body. To live as the me of the body is to alter the flow of the river. To live as twia is to remain the river with uninterrupted flow. To do nothing is to flow with the river.
