Follow the moment. Hold to its wisdom. Herein lies twia, that which I AM. Seek nothing. Be at peace. Moment by moment release the me of the body from its bonds. Act by doing nothing. Open to your true nature. Do not rely on the world as the way. It is transitory. Its way leads to oblivion. Fear of oblivion is not a trustworthy guide. Fear is confusion, not wisdom. Act in harmony with twia. Twia is wisdom. Twia is eternal. Walk the way that is twia. Twia knows the way home to the eternal.
Do not pick and choose. There is no this and that. To distinguish is separation. Visualize the one. I see in you, I see in all, that which I AM. There is only the I AM. To attach to the world of opposites is to suffer. Discrimination brings pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. These are the way of the world. Wander in the world with peace of heart. Live simply without love or hate. Forget right and wrong. Do not belabor your circumstances. Accept all things. You are whole, complete, perfect, eternal. Consider neither lack nor abundance. These are not yours. Remember to go and tell no one these things. Stop talking. You do not know. Twia knows. Let twia be. Rest in the room within. Stay put. Where do you think you are going? Your true nature is not found by wandering about. Like Hafiz, if you have an urge to go on a pilgrimage, sit still in silence for three days. Do nothing. What does effort get you but distress. Return to twia always. Twia is the way. Return to your true nature. You cannot see it. You cannot hear it. Do not look for it here. Do not look for it there. Stop seeking. Do nothing. You cannot find what you never lost. You are the field that holds the treasure. Relieve yourself of the world. Sell all to buy the field. Dispose of the past. You will be revealed within.
Do not deny your power. This is your virtue. This is the strength and character of your true nature, which is twia. Twia is the energy that is consciousness-expressing. This movement in the eternal field of infinite possibility is the I AM. You are the I AM. There is no other. Do not set yourself against your power by living as the me of the body. This is a weak representation of separation where there is none. Let twia bring oneness to the world. Life in twia is without suffering. To do nothing is to clear the way for twia. To do nothing is to cleanse the past. Do not judge. Live in the moment. Enter the room within. Herein lies the eternal. The peace of the I AM. This is the energy of manifestation. Act from twia. Hold no desire or expectation. Accept all outcomes. Let the wisdom that is your true nature prevail.
The me of the body lives from fear. Twia lives from peace of heart. Hold peace of heart always. The me of the body is lost in ignorance. Twia knows the way that is wisdom. Hold twia in heart always. Be the witness, not the body. Be forever aware of twia in the world. Flow with the river into the valley. Transform to wisdom.
Do not take the world for reality. You are greater than the me of the body. You are the witness to the experience of your personality. The witness has eyes that see. You are blind. You stumble in darkness. The witness walks in the light of wisdom. Wisdom does not distinguish between this and that. Pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow, these are the same in wisdom. They have no reality in twia. See all for what it is. Do not judge. Do not bring the past into the moment. The past binds you to attachments. The moment frees you of bondage. Release life of your own doings. Do nothing. Find twia in the room within. Twia knows the way. To do nothing is to rely on twia. Do not seek twia. Do not try to understand. The knowledge is greater than the body. Act from within, without thought of outcome. The morrow, as Jesus reminds you, will come of itself.
Do not rely on your own ways. Act without doing. Attend to your awareness of twia. Be in the moment always. Be free to do what is yours to do. Use what is at hand. Toss out this and that. See past what you think you see. Watch as the witness. Act as twia. Whatever you do as the me of the body only gets in the way. Do nothing. Do not distinguish. Have no preferences. Rely on nothing. Let joy and peace prevail always. This is your true nature. Avoid picking and choosing this and that to find pleasure and pain, happiness and sorrow. This is not your way. Follow the river. It winds and turns from mountain to valley, always on the way to the sea. It contends with nothing, keeps to the path, avoids resistance. Keep to the river’s ways. Stay out of the eddies. Do not linger on the banks. Flow. Do not stop. Enter the steam that is twia. Be fluid in the ways of twia. Herein lies your power. You are the river claiming the mountain. You are the I AM. You are the one, unchanging. The complete body of formless totality is one. There is no this and that. No other. Only one. The river flows as one. It adapts to all. It does not wonder why, nor questions how. It does as the land allows. Stay the course that is twia. Eliminate knowledge. Let nothing impede your awakening. Be at rest in twia. Do without doing. Move without moving. Keep to the river and its flow. Life is unchanging when left to its natural course. Flow without interruption. What is unchanging is the flow that is constant and tranquil. Your true nature is joy and peace. Get out of its way. You are an impediment to your own goodness. Your everyday mind clings to illusion. You neither know, nor not know. You think you know. When you realize you do not know, then you will know. Do not seek knowledge. It is illusive. To know that you do not know is to enter the room within. Herein is the void that knows. This is twia, your true nature. The I AM. Stop struggling to find what you never lost. Do nothing. Hold to twia. The cycle of birth and death clings to the past. Scrub the past from the walls of the room within. Bring awareness to the witness in the moment. Watch the ponies in the field romp about. Do not ride. Do nothing. Do not distinguish this and that, then and now. Nothing is separate from your everyday mind. There is nothing more holy than you. Forget holy. Forget vulgar. It is all the same in the I AM. Follow twia. All will be done with ease. Do without doing. Follow the natural, unchanging course of the river. Do not get caught up in altering the way to your own liking. You will suffer and die. Loosen your attachments to the illusion that is existence. Manifest simplicity. Sit in the boat without oars. Let the river carry you. This is the way. Why should you worry where the river carries you? As Jesus implied, what concern is it of yours what the morrow brings. Confucius tells us to give little thought to the target. Let the arrow find its way by doing nothing as you draw the bow. Release all to twia. The strife and struggle of existence is eased by settling into being the witness to the body and not its thoughts, feelings, and emotions. The way home is through the room within. Let twia support you always. The me of the body is lost in ignorance and fear. Twia is the way. Do not despair in feelings of isolation. You are not alone. Let twia encompass you. The room within is your haven. Dwell within. Let the river of life’s rhythms flow naturally. The wisdom that is your true nature in twia guides you always. Listen with ears that hear.
